Working within my PT1 Scheme for commercial Road, I have selected to reuse the Cascades Multi-storey Carpark structure. The 1980’s carpark contains a reinforced concrete and steel, column and slab structure, which is built to support up to 594 cars. Its high capacity and load bearing strength means that the structure is more than strong enough to support residential and mixed use. The building also has no important historical or protected features, thus there are no restrictions on its development.
